Huixing casting workshop always adheres to the rigorous attitude towards product quality. We start from the strict selection of raw materials and carry out precise control over every production process. We use advanced casting technology to ensure the stability and reliability of the final product.
In order to ensure that every customer is satisfied with high guality fabric, every machine applies high quality cams with imported material from Japan and series of process-automatic cutting, grinding, driling, CNC lathe engraving, 8-hours heating,grinding,poishing,Qc,and packing.
Huixing cylinder is made of imported steel, which is obtained by special heat treatment to obtain ideal hardness and toughness, which greatly prolongs the service life of the pin channel steel and is easy to maintain. The company uses imported CNC equipment,each cylinder requires 12 days of construction period, and the error is t0.02mm, covering a full range of cylinder customization services.
We focus on the manufacturing of core units such as equipment power systems and transmission mechanisms, covering basic processes like casting, heat treatment, and precision machining. We adopt a phased process of "rough machining - aging - fine machining" to effectively control the deformation of large workpieces. Through natural aging treatment, we eliminate the internal stress of castings. The strength and wear resistance of the base material have been verified by our 20-year-old process.
The entire process from structural assembly, transmission system calibration to the overall machine testing is seamlessly integrated through the process layout. The stepwise assembly method is adopted, where sub-systems are pre-assembled first and then integrated as a whole, reducing the assembly errors of complex equipment. The traditional manual fine-tuning is combined with basic digital detection, which not only retains the craftsmanship experience of the master workers but also ensures the accuracy of key fits.
We achieve batch processing and customized production of basic parts, covering basic processing capabilities such as turning, milling, planing and drilling, and can independently produce over 95% of mechanical parts. We follow the classic process flow design, enabling new and experienced technicians to quickly achieve technical connection and experience transfer. We adhere to the "processing - self-inspection - mutual inspection" three-level inspection system to ensure the compatibility rate of parts in the assembly process.
